This Privacy Policy explains what data the Game processes when you use Meta Platform Features through Meta Quest, including in-app purchases (IAP). We aim to minimize data use and we do not run third-party advertising tracking in the Game.
1) Data We Process
A. Meta Platform User ID (USER_ID)
The Game processes a Meta Platform user identifier (USER_ID) provided through Meta platform services. The Game uses USER_ID to:
- Enable platform features you use (including entitlement checks and restoring purchases)
- Maintain security and prevent fraud/abuse related to purchases/entitlements
Storage: We do not store USER_ID in our own external databases. USER_ID may be processed temporarily while the Game is running, and may be stored locally on your device only as needed for functionality you request (for example, purchase restore).
B. In-App Purchases (IAP)
If you buy items, the transaction is processed by the Meta Quest Store and/or its payment providers. To unlock and restore purchases, the Game processes IAP-related data such as:
- Entitlement / ownership status (whether you own a product/SKU)
- Transaction/receipt verification information returned by the platform (for example, transaction identifiers and purchased SKU)
Storage: We do not collect or store full payment card details. We do not maintain a server-side purchase-history database. Purchase/entitlement state may be cached locally on your device to unlock content and support restore.
C. What We Do Not Collect Through the Game
We do not intentionally collect or store the following through the Game on our own servers:
- Microphone recordings or voice recordings
- Camera images or videos
- Biometric identifiers (e.g., face/eye tracking identifiers)
- Precise GPS location
- Advertising identifiers for ad targeting
D. Support Communications (only if you contact us)
If you contact us for support (email or contact form), we process the information you provide (such as your email address, message contents, and attachments) to respond and troubleshoot. If you include USER_ID or purchase details, we use them only to resolve your request.
2) How We Use Data
- Operate the Game and provide features you request
- Validate/restore IAP and deliver purchased content
- Security (fraud prevention and enforcement against misuse)
- Support (if you contact us)
- Legal compliance where required
3) How We Share Data
We do not sell personal information.
- Meta platform services: Data is processed with Meta as required to perform Platform Features (USER_ID, IAP entitlement checks).
- Legal: We may disclose information if required by law or valid legal process.
4) Data Retention
- USER_ID / IAP data: Not retained by us in a server database. Any local on-device cache remains until you clear it (e.g., uninstall/clear app data).
- Support messages: Retained only as long as needed to address your request and for reasonable recordkeeping, then deleted or anonymized.
5) Deletion Requests
Deletion path: Email harold@mintah.com with subject:
“Data Deletion Request — Unblock Jam”.
What we can delete: Support communications you sent to us (email address, message content, attachments) and any troubleshooting notes we created.
What we cannot delete: Data controlled by Meta (for example, platform account data and store transaction records). You must use Meta’s account/privacy tools for those requests.
Fees: We do not charge a fee for deletion requests.
Local data: You can remove locally stored Game data by uninstalling the Game and/or clearing its data in device settings.
6) Children’s Privacy
The Game is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7) Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated policy and revise the Effective date above.
